Remote-first, Local-friendly

We work from home most of the time — no commute, no dress code. But since we serve clients in and around Manhattan, KS, we need everyone close enough to slip on a polo shirt and visit client sites when needed. Besides a fast laptop and accessories, we’ll cover $500 to upgrade your home office or provide a coworking membership if that’s more your style.

Everyone at Apollo is client-facing, and exceptional people skills are non-negotiable. We can teach technical stuff — but we can’t teach kindness, clarity, or empathy.

Solve It, Own It

We trust our team to handle 90%+ of issues on their own in ways that make clients feel taken care of. Of course, we always have each other's backs in Microsoft Teams.

Flexible, but Responsive

We’re asynchronous by design and light on meetings. That said, we’re online Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and we respond to client requests within five minutes.

Learning is Built In

Everyone gets 20% of their time reserved for professional development. We’ll cover certifications and training — whatever helps you grow.

Overtime

If you work more, you should be paid more. It’s that simple. Any hours over 40 in a week are paid at 1.5x your regular rate. We try to avoid overtime, but when it happens, you get paid for it.

Time Off & Holidays

You should leave the office — and the laptop — more often. We offer:

  • 12 paid holidays (including your birthday)
  • 12 paid vacation days every year, to use however you like
  • 12 paid sick days, because you shouldn't have to work while recovering
